Dani {Senior}

I love taking senior pictures! I think maybe it is because I am always looking for new places to take them at, new angles to try, connecting what the senior is wearing with what is in the background, bringing out their personality and just having fun. For Dani's senior pictures we started and ended at their house and in between we found a really great open field and we had some fun at Hagar Park.

A Family Event

It is a wonderful privilege when someone asks you to photograph their family, and it was definately true of this family. I think too often we put off having family pictures done because it takes a lot of work - the planning, the calling, the coordinating of outfits, etc. and because we are busy people. Despite all of that, I do honestly believe that it is important to capture one the most blessed things that we have - our family. It is worth it and they are pictures that you will treasure.

Allison {Babies and Children}

What can I say.....Allison was so adorable! Photographing babies and children can be so unpredictable......you never know what can happen, but I've learned that if you're patient and work with the kids, instead of forcing a pose, good things will happen. Allison started out crying to be with her mom but in a few mintues this is what happened.....
